Jackson leads the feild at Blyton |

Blyton Airfield in Lincoln saw the running of the Jack Neil Memorial rally. Run by the Clitheroe and District motor club the sealed surface event boasted 40 miles of stages on the airfield more know for its rallycross events.
A strong entry of 2 and 4 wheeldrive competitors promised a great day of competition on the clean quick tarmac of Blyton.
The stage was set early in the day with Peter Jackson in his Duratec powered Ford Escort setting the pace leaving the rest chasing.
With a number of retirements in the dry conditions the chase was left to the Evo of Tony Hewitt who ended the day in second and the Astra of Billy Bird who improved through the day to finish 3rd overall.
Other notable drives where from Kevin Furber in his Peugeot 206 finishing in 7th overall enjoying the conditions and lifting wheels at ever chance!!
