NichollsThe South of England Tempest Rally based in and around the towns of Aldershot, Farnborough and Farnham ran over 45 miles in 10 competitive stages.

The action took place in the forestry stages of Yateley Wood and Warren Heath, the military ranges at Ash and Longmoor as well as the spectator friendly Rushmoor Arena with displays, trade stands and the all important service area.
 

Will Nicholls/Nick Broom made it a hat trick of wins with a dominant performance from the off in his Sydenhams / Red Funnell Ferries backed Subaru Impreza WRC.

Nicholls fresh from his recent triumph in the 2007 BTRDA Gold Star Championship led from start to finish winning every stage.

Fellow BTRDA front runner Peter Egerton and Andrew Bargery brought their Holden Homes, HPM Motorsport ran Hyundai Accent WRC home to a solid second with BRC regular Robert Swann/Warren McKiernan taking the final podium position in their Subaru Impreza.
