Miller Mull07Once again Rallynotes is supporting Team Autotec on their assault on the Tour of Mull.

The closed road event run by the 2300 club runs from Friday 10th of October through to Sunday the 12th.

With over 150 competitive miles of the famous sealed surface on the Isle of Mull, changeable weather and ferociously paced competition, Team Autotec hope to improve on last years results.

Dave Miller and Andrew Bailey start at 19th and hope to improve on their 8th placed finish of last year.

Dave said “We had one or two problems last year that cost us some places, so this year we are hoping for a clear run” in their Subaru Impreza the pair are normally not far from the leading bunch and will be ready to take advantage of any problems that befall the top crews.

Rallynotes.co.ukDave Hopwood and Paul Grattidge start from 24th in their MkII Escort in a hotly contested class.

With the last two events ending in engine problems the pair are out to prove a point. “Top ten would be a dream result for us, as the entry boast an ever increasing list of WRC and 4WD cars” stated Dave.

“ we have shown that we have got the pace for this if it all comes together over the weekend, and as we have seen before reliability is the key to a good result”
