A new section has been added to Rallynotes covering the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC).

This series is organised and promoted by SRW Events and aims to provide a thrilling and marketable spectacle in the most relevant areas at an acceptable cost.

Six manufacturers have for the IRC, Abarth, Citroen, Honda, Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Volkswagen.

The 2007 season consists of 9 rallies:

• Safari Rally of Kenya
• Rally Turkey
• Belgium Ypres Westhoek Rally
• Rally Russia
• Rally of Madeira
• Barum Rally Zlin of the Czech Republic
• Sanremo Rally of Italy
• Rallye du Valais of Switserland
• China Rally
