Fiat_Alen_face+car-08.jpgThe 2008 Intercontinental Rally Challenge is starting to take shape with the Kronos Peugeot and Fiat Abarth driver line-ups being announced.

With 6 weeks to go for the season opener in Turkey the competition is looking even more fierce than last year. 

Nicolasvouilloz-face-07.jpgKronos Peugeot with backing from Prefel, Total and BF Goodrich have brought in last years championship runner up Nicolas Vouilloz to partner Freddy Loix in a pair of 207 S2000’s. 

Team Abarth will field two Fiat Grande Punto S2000’s driven by Anton Alen and Giandomenico Basso with backing from Selenia, Brembo and Sebalt.

Peugeot and Fiat will not have things all there own way on this years 10 round series taking in both Tarmac and Gravel events. In the few weeks leading up to the Istanbul Rally on April 4th the latest entries into the S2000 category MG and Skoda are expected to confirm there driver line-ups after intense testing and development programs.
